Meet the team
Adrienn Szabo
With over fifteen years of experience in the utility industry, I’m privileged to serve as the Managing Director at ARK Effect Ltd. My journey began with surveying engineering and geoinformatics at the University of West Hungary, where I also had the honour of serving as president of the student union. I effectively utilized my organizational skills and my performance led to my re-election for the subsequent year. Then I embarked on my first job at Hungary’s largest land surveying company, where I gained invaluable practical experience while completing my second degree.
I pursued a diploma in International Relations, which broadened my perspective and enriched my skill set. After completing my education, I ventured to the UK, where I dedicated myself to the utility survey and front end design industry for 12 fulfilling years. Starting as a utility and topo map creator, I advanced to the role of project manager, where I’ve been able to apply my strong critical thinking and analytical skills to provide valuable solutions for clients.
At ARK Effect Ltd., my focus remains on delivering sustainable services that not only mitigate risk but also contribute to raising industry standards.

Kitti Gal
As a solution-driven CAD Technician with a client-first mindset, Kitti excels at transforming complex utility data into precise 2D and 3D technical drawings. A rapid learner and adaptable professional, she masterfully navigates high-density utility corridors through strategic feasibility studies and the creation of detailed multi-utility and as-built models. Beyond her technical expertise in mitigating site risks and optimizing cable-laying routes, she serves as a proactive project coordinator, managing the end-to-end utility records process and liaising directly with clients to translate complex data into actionable project success.
